Popped in for an iced coffee on way home today. We were served by the lovely Christine (I think it was). She was so friendly and we had a great chat while she made our drink. Will definitely come again, service was just fantastic

Genuinely an amazing little bakery! Some really great traditional food, the girls that served us were very helpful and all round lovely people! We all got a pasty each but when looking over at the massive cake selection, they talked us through the Cornish pudding - it looked amazing, we all had to buy one and it was hands down one of the best bakes I’ve eaten!!

We called in just before closing , the pastries we had were amazing and our dog was invited in and given treats. Very welcoming and will definitely visit again when in Cornwall.

We popped in here for a quick snack after arriving at Mevagissy. The lady who served us was so lovely and friendly. We got a traditional Cornish pasty and it was delicious. The meat was nice and chunky, the veg was really nice and soft, with really lovely flavour. We didn't get any sweet pastries, but they did look really appealing.

Excellent service
Me and my wife was the first customers there
Before anyone else had woken up lol
Such a friendly service and so welcoming and homely, was bloody freezing early in the morning
But we was welcomed in and kept warm whale being served, thankyou for being so kind.
The food was delicious.
The sausage rolls were so so nice. Better than Greg’s lol
And the pasty’s also so scummy.
Actually it’s probably the best bakery we’ve been to in about 20 years. So authentic and with fresh good ingredients.
We will “definitely” go there again
Thankyou again for being so kind and helpful 😀- Service

It was an absolute pleasure chatting to you both, hope to see you back very soon. Thank you so much for the lovely feedback.
Now we like to try a Pasty everywhere we go in Devon and Cornwall. Had a large one to share for breakfast as our hotel did not serve any. Great tasting and hot straight out the oven as we got there when just opening after a walk round the harbour. Open nice and early and would reccomend

Brilliant experience. Ordered a Raspberry Crème Brûlée pastry which was easily one of the best pastries I’ve ever tasted. Can’t wait to try my Cinnamon Bun next. Lady behind the counter was also lovely and very inviting. Highly recommend :)

Hi Marie, Thank you for taking the time to write your wonderful review and i'm happy to hear our service and pastry offerings were well received, the creme brulee is a particular favourite of mine too. Many thanks Stuart
We popped in for an afternoon snack after our son spotted a pain au chocolat in the window. The man who served us was so friendly. We had a raspberry croissant and a rhubarb, apple and custard pasty which was quite frankly the best thing ever invented. Hoping to pop back in to try the pain au chocolat before the end of our holiday!

Really, really lovely! We visited in the off-season, and we're really delighted with both the warm, lovely, friendly service and how early they were open for breakfast! And the apple crumble scones were a winner! The apple custard pasties are groundbreaking.

Best pastel de nata I've ever had. Also has the advantage of being seemingly the only place open in Mevagissey at 8am.

Popped in to The Cornish Bakery today to try their Vegan, Spiced Cauliflower & Onion Bhaji Pasty and I am not disappointed, so tasty, also picked up my first home made mince pie of the year, it's never too early. Such a lovely little Bakery and nice friendly staff aswell.
